Supply Chain Manager, Industrial Compute

📋 Description

• Lead and develop teams for Strategic Sourcing, Manufacturing Quality Eng., and Supply Chain PM
• Own supplier strategy across compute, networking, storage, and hardware
• Establish long-term sourcing strategies for resilience, cost, and performance
• Collaborate with Hardware Engineering on roadmaps and product introductions
• Drive manufacturing readiness, production ramp, and operational readiness
• Build executive reviews tracking supplier performance and risk

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or equivalent
• 10+ years leading technical supply chain, sourcing, or infra delivery
• Experience managing multidisciplinary technical teams
• Experience developing supplier strategies for complex hardware
• Strong executive communication and cross-functional leadership
• Experience leading global supplier relationships and contract execution
