Supply Chain Planning Manager (Raptor)

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end planning lifecycle for Raptor sub-assemblies or finished goods to satisfy engine
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and procurement to scale with multiple configurations and
• Balance cost, reliability, and production rate in a dynamic NPI environment; make risk-based
• Manage raw material and finished goods scheduling to optimize inventory and line output.
• Forecast and communicate minimum requirements; hedge against changes in business direction.
• Plan for design/process changes with engineering to maintain production rate.

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced degree with 3+ years in engineering, purchasing, material/production planning, operations
• Experience in high-volume environments; cross-functional NPI projects; multiple products/schedules.
• Technical knowledge in mechanical or metallic materials; familiarity with ERP systems and
• SQL, Tableau, PowerBI, and advanced MS Excel with pivot tables/macros; multi-tier BOM/work orders
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills; ability to work in fast-moving environments; high
• Willingness to travel up to 30% (including international) and work extended hours as milestones
