Lead supply chain planning and execution for assigned programs through product lifecycle.
Develop material, sourcing, and supplier readiness plans aligned with schedules.
Act as primary liaison between Supply Chain and Program Management.
Monitor material availability, PO status, supplier performance, and lead times.
Identify risks and develop mitigation plans to protect milestones.
Collaborate with Engineering/Manufacturing on NPI, design changes, prototype builds, and ramp-up.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in SCM, Business, Engineering, or related field.
5+ years in supply chain, procurement, materials, or program management.
Experience with complex products/programs and cross-functional teams.
Strong analytics and data-driven decision making.
ERP/MRP knowledge and excellent communication skills.
Ability to travel periodically as needed.
