Supply Chain Senior Business Analyst

📋 Description

• Lead and support end-to-end presales activities for supply chain transformation initiatives.
• Conduct discovery, gather requirements, map processes, and translate needs into specs and user
• Collaborate with stakeholders, solution architects, and partners to design scalable supply chain
• Perform fit-gap analyses, define future-state processes, KPIs, dashboards, and support testing and
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions, bridging business and technology teams.
• Contribute to consulting methodologies, reusable assets, and best practices in supply chain

🎯 Requirements

• 10–15+ years in business analysis, consulting, supply chain transformation, or enterprise tech
• Strong end-to-end knowledge of supply chain processes (planning, manufacturing, inventory
• Experience leading client-facing engagements in digital transformation, ERP modernization, or
• Hands-on expertise in requirements gathering, process mapping, fit-gap analysis, stakeholder
• Experience contributing to presales, proposals, and business development.
• Familiarity with o9, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, SAP IBP/APO/S4HANA or similar systems.
