Supply Chain Senior Business Analyst

📋 Description

• Lead presales: proposals, RFP/RFI, effort estimation, solution design, client presentations.
• Capture requirements, translate to functional specs, user stories, processes.
• Partner with stakeholders to design scalable supply chain solutions.
• Perform fit-gap, future-state processes, KPIs, dashboards, testing support.
• Facilitate workshops; bridge between business and technology teams.
• Contribute to consulting methodologies and reusable assets.

🎯 Requirements

• 10–15+ years in business analysis, consulting, or supply chain transformation.
• End-to-end supply chain process knowledge: planning, manufacturing, inventory, warehousing
• Experience leading client-facing digital transformation/ERP modernization/analytics engagements.
• Requirements gathering, process mapping, stakeholder management, workshop facilitation.
• Presales, proposals, solution presentations experience.
• Familiarity with o9, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, SAP IBP, SAP S/4HANA or similar.
