Supply Chain Senior Business Analyst

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end presales activities: proposals, RFP/RFI responses, effort estimation, solution
• Conduct discovery, capture requirements, map processes, and translate needs into functional specs
• Partner with stakeholders, architects, and partners to design scalable supply chain
• Perform fit-gap analysis, define future-state processes, KPIs, dashboards, and deployment plans.
• Facilitate workshops and executive discussions, bridging business and technology teams.
• Contribute to consulting methodologies and reusable assets for the supply chain practice.

🎯 Requirements

• 10–15+ years in business analysis, consulting, or supply chain transformation.
• End-to-end supply chain domain knowledge across planning, manufacturing, inventory, warehousing
• Experience leading client-facing consulting on digital transformation, ERP modernization, analytics
• Hands-on requirements gathering, process mapping, fit-gap analysis, stakeholder mgmt, workshop
• Presales experience, proposal writing, solution demos; familiarity with o9, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder
• Knowledge of Visio, Lucidchart, SQL, Python; AI/ML exposure desirable.
