Supply Chain Senior Business Analyst

📋 Description

• Lead presales activities: proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and client presentations.
• Gather requirements, map processes, and produce user stories and specs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and partners on supply chain solutions.
• Define future-state processes, KPIs, dashboards, and testing plans.
• Facilitate workshops and bridge business and tech teams during delivery.
• Contribute to consulting methodologies and reusable assets.

🎯 Requirements

• 10–15+ years in business analysis, consulting, or supply chain transformation.
• Deep knowledge of supply chain processes (planning, manufacturing, inventory, etc.).
• Experience leading client-facing engagements and digital transformation.
• Hands-on with requirements gathering, mapping, fit-gap, and workshop facilitation.
• Presales experience, proposals, and solution presentations.
• Familiar with o9, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, SAP IBP/SAP S/4HANA; SQL, Python, AI/ML is a plus.
