Supply Chain Specialist

📋 Description

• Own inventory and material flow end-to-end from receiving to production issue
• Improve systems and controls to maintain inventory accuracy and readiness
• Manage production kitting and identify shortages before they impact schedule
• Support procurement by generating POs, quotes, and translating BOMs to priorities
• Handle day-to-day logistics like packing, shipping, freight, and movement between locations
• Establish standards for stockroom organization and data discipline

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in supply chain, inventory, procurement, logistics, or manufacturing ops
• Ability to build and improve operational processes independently
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, BOMs, POs, and traceable hardware
• Autonomous with priorities, gaps, and execution with limited oversight
• Systems thinking with attention to detail and scalable processes
• Experience with ERP/MRP, inventory, procurement or manufacturing systems; strong Excel skills
