🎯 Requirements

4+ years in Growth, Marketplace, Operations, ride hailing, last delivery, Supply roles.
Experience managing driver/courier supply in ride-hailing, delivery, logistics, or similar
Proven experience optimizing: Driver acquisition, Driver activation, Driver retention, Incentives
Strong leadership experience.
Advanced Excel and analytical mindset.
Fluent English (daily collaboration with regional teams).
