📋 Description

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
• Investigate and troubleshoot product issues to resolve quickly.
• Escalate complex problems to the appropriate team.

🎯 Requirements

• Basics of physics and electrical engineering.
• English proficiency at intermediate level or higher.
• Experience in customer communication.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (Jira, Confluence) a plus.
• A degree in tech/engineering is a plus.
