🎯 Requirements

3+ years supporting Windows Server environments
Experience IT support in education environments
Strong Windows Server admin, VM management, and cloud platforms (Microsoft 365, Azure)
Active Directory, group policies, IAM processes knowledge
Excellent customer service and troubleshooting skills
