📋 Description

  • RESTful JSON APIs, Curl, SQL, scripting, debugging
  • Strong written and verbal communication; direct and honest
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume customer environment
  • Strong API fundamentals; explain concepts clearly
  • Experience with Hubspot or similar ticketing tools
