Act as technical leader within the Operations Support team.
Receive and resolve escalations from Support team within SLAs.
Support Premier-level customers per procedures and priorities.
Resolve complex issues in networking, security, virtualization, storage, and DR.
Collaborate with Platform Engineers on advanced troubleshooting and RCA.
Engage with Operations Leaders to improve processes and efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or equivalent experience.
Strong Cisco routers and switches experience.
Linux/Unix and Windows fundamentals.
Familiarity with Ansible and Terraform.
Veeam and Commvault backup tools with DR (Zerto/VCDA).
Private Cloud virtualization experience (VMware).
