Act as a technical leader within the Operations Support team
Receive and resolve escalations from Support Team within SLAs
Support Premier level customers per procedures and priorities
Solve complex issues in Routing/Switching, Security/Firewall, Virtualization, Storage, and DR
Collaborate with Platform Engineers for troubleshooting and root cause analysis
Lead by updating internal docs and customer-facing materials

🎯 Requirements

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple assignments with minimal supervision
Maintain a professional demeanor under stress
Willingness to learn and adapt to new tech, tools, and processes
Analytical and problem-solving mindset
5 years cross-platform support with at least 3 years in a Cloud Provider or MSP
