Own technical tickets from CX, including onboarding, migrations, and platform requests
Handle customer onboarding workflows: provisioning, configuration, integration setup, data imports
Manage decommissioning: data exports, environment teardown, access revocation
Execute data migrations with validation and QA checks
Collaborate with CX, Success/Implementation teams to set resolutions and timelines
Document processes and runbooks for repeatability

🎯 Requirements

AWS: verify changes, smoke tests; experience with RDS, S3, EC2, ECS
Git / GitHub: PR creation, review, merge, verification
Communication: strong written and verbal English; explain complex tech to non-technical stakeholders
Basic Security Hygiene: least-privilege, secure data handling
Ticketing Systems: Jira, Intercom, Front or similar
Nice-to-Have: Terraform, Kubernetes, Helm
