Support Manager

📋 Description

• Managing implementation of FreeBalance products with new customers
• Maintaining strong relationships with government representatives and officials
• Plan and execute projects to meet contractual obligations; control scope, schedule, and budget
• Manage day-to-day project operations, schedules, and quality deliverables
• Create and adjust project work plans to meet changing needs
• Identify resources and assign responsibilities

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in Business Administration, Financial Management, Public Accounting, Economics or equivalent
• Demonstrable ERP experience and government project handling
• Minimum five years implementing financial management systems
• Minimum 10 years in the Information Technology sector
• Implemented two financial management system projects in the public sector
• Strong presentation skills and executive-level communication
• Excellent interpersonal and written/spoken English
• Masters in Public Management, Financial Management or Information Technology
• Professional designation in Project Management, Public Management, or Financial Management
• Experience in change management for financial systems
• Other languages in addition to English
