📋 Description

Lead L1-L3 application support for finance systems
Manage 15+ consultants across multiple countries
Own operations for Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials and related platforms
Escalation point for critical incidents and vendor management
Align support with Finance Systems roadmap and month/quarter close cycles
Based onsite at Petaling Jaya office

🎯 Requirements

7+ years as a Support Manager in finance systems/ERP
ITSM/ITIL knowledge for global systems
Hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials/Procurement experience
Oracle Fusion integrations knowledge (OCI, REST, SOAP, FBDI, ADFDI)
Experience with quarterly updates, testing, defect mgmt, production readiness
Month/year-end close, SOX controls, audit readiness
