• Establish metrics and rhythms to monitor partnership health.
• Leverage AI and automation to scale partner workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in program management, support ops, or partnerships.
• Experience translating tech requirements into operational plans.
• Experience with cloud platforms or complex enterprise products.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and align internal/external teams.
• Balance strategic planning with hands-on execution for customer outcomes.
• Cybersecurity or life sciences background is a plus.
