Sustainability Affairs Manager

📋 Description

• Provide temporary coverage for Regulatory & Sustainability team
• Manage product sustainability data and cross-functional support
• Oversee EPR reporting and Stage Gate updates
• Support B Corp recertification preparation
• Ensure accuracy of sustainability data across materials and PDPs
• Report carbon impact of active projects

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in sustainability, environmental science, public policy, or related field (or
• 3+ years in corporate sustainability, ESG, or compliance
• Knowledge of environmental reporting, packaging EPR, California source-reduction requirements
• Experience with B Corp certification processes
• Familiarity with greenhouse-gas accounting and carbon-reduction targets
• Strong analytical skills; proficient in Excel or Google Sheets
