📋 Description

• Lead enterprise clinical quality and population health
• Oversee Medicare Star Ratings and quality performance
• Direct clinical programs, operations, coding, and risk adjustment
• Partner with payers and execs on strategy and accountability
• Align clinical ops with value-based contracts and CMS standards
• Build scalable, patient-centered clinical programs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing required
• 10+ years in clinical quality, population health, or related
• Experience in value-based care or Medicare Advantage
• Proven leadership of multidisciplinary teams
• Expertise in HEDIS and CAHPS performance
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder mgmt
