📋 Description

• Own technology services delivery across multiple engagements, ensuring quality, timely execution
• Act as senior strategic and technical advisor translating architecture, engineering, and marketing
• Provide direct technical leadership on complex engagements, protecting delivery quality and
• Lead technical governance, standards, and controls across the technology services org.
• Mentor Directors, senior architects, engineers, and platform specialists across Adobe, Salesforce
• Develop scalable delivery frameworks and governance models to reduce variability and protect

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years in marketing tech, solution architecture, software engineering, or related field; at
• Proven success delivering multiple complex engagements in a consulting/agency environment.
• Deep hands-on expertise in at least one major Adobe ecosystem (AEP, AEM, CDP, Marketo, AJO, CJA) or
• Fluency across Adobe and Salesforce ecosystems.
• Strong email engineering skills: HTML/CSS, responsive design, cross-client rendering, ESP
• Experience integrating marketing tech with data warehouses, CRM, CMS, and cloud infrastructure
