SVP, Product - Core Customer Experiences & Flywheel Products

📋 Description

• Own the product vision and roadmap for account, wallet, ledger, responsible gaming, martech, and
• Deliver product strategy for customer-facing products including Fantasy, Horse Racing, and Retail
• Set the strategy for centralized customer infrastructure balancing needs of multiple product lines
• Lead and grow a multi-disciplinary product organization of ~70-80, in partnership with engineering
• Champion Responsible Gaming as a product discipline with embedded safeguards to meet regulatory
• Modernize wallet and ledger systems for real-time payments, multi funding methods, and auditable

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of product management, with 5+ years in senior product leadership (VP or SVP) overseeing
• Proven experience owning platform/shared-services product areas (account, identity
• Experience in online gaming, sports betting, fintech, ecommerce, or other highly regulated consumer
• Deep familiarity with trust & safety or responsible gaming principles in multi-jurisdictional
• Track record building/scaling payments, wallet, or ledger systems with high standards for accuracy
• Strong collaboration with loyalty, lifecycle marketing, and CRM/martech teams to drive retention
