• Partner with product owners to translate requirements into specs and lead from design to production.

• Decompose monoliths into maintainable microservices with minimal disruption.
• Define and champion engineering standards, architecture reviews, and best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• Kubernetes and microservices experience at scale
• Hands-on trading/fintech systems experience
• Monolith decomposition to distributed architectures
• Real-time streaming: event-driven design, Kafka, or equivalent
• PostgreSQL, Redis, ClickHouse with data modeling and tuning
• JVM languages (Java, Kotlin, Scala) in backend systems
