System Architect (AI)

📋 Description

• Lead design and implementation of an Agentic SDLC model where AI agents integrate with the software
• Combine architectural vision with execution, collaborating with high-scale squads on digital
• Define reference architecture, roadmaps, and prototypes; create accelerators and reusable
• Mentor technical teams, develop playbooks and guardrails, and track adoption and outcome metrics.

🎯 Requirements

• Solid software engineering, solution architecture, or systems architecture experience.
• Proven track record making technical decisions in corporate environments with multiple teams.
• Experience implementing AI tools in the development cycle (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code
• Hands-on experience with generative AI, LLMs, prompts, and AI agents.
• Backend development experience in Python, Java, TypeScript or equivalents.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, Git, test automation, application security, and DevOps.
