Work close to the metal: BIOS, IPMI, RAID, hardware diagnostics.
Design scalable networks with VLANs, L2/L3 routing, VPNs, UniFi.
Automate provisioning with Ansible, Bash/Python, Git workflows.
Deploy virtualization/orchestration: OpenStack (Kolla-Ansible), Proxmox, VMware.
Support container-based workloads and isolate services.

🎯 Requirements

Expert-level Linux administration (Debian/Ubuntu).
MAAS/Ironic/bare-metal automation experience (mandatory).
Networking fundamentals: VLANs, routing, VPNs.
Infrastructure as Code: Ansible, scripting (Bash/Python), GitOps.
Monitoring/logging: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/Graylog.
PXE/Preseed/Cloud-init, MAAS/Ironic deployments.
