System Support Specialist (Windows, SQL)

📋 Description

• Provide advanced troubleshooting for RIS, PACS, and VNA in healthcare IT.
• Maintain uptime and optimize system workflows for clinical users.
• Collaborate with radiologists, technologists, and IT teams to resolve issues.
• Support InteleOrchestrator products for imaging and reporting workflows.
• Ensure HIPAA/privacy compliance and disaster recovery readiness.
• Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions in ticketing systems.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Computer Engineering or related field or equivalent
• 3+ years in Healthcare IT, radiology systems preferred
• Windows Server (2012-2022+), SQL Server/Oracle, networking basics
• Experience with DICOM, HL7, interoperability standards
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced env
