System Verification and Validation Engineer

📋 Description

• Understand vehicle response strategies for fault conditions from all sources
• Plan and execute tests for safety and fail-operational responses
• Design and lead system-level V&V campaigns; define robust testing metrics
• Collaborate with safety, perception, firmware, controls, and planning teams to review requirements
• Analyze, track, and report test results; document new methodologies
• Apply verification and validation to the compute-platform safety case

🎯 Requirements

• BS or higher in Electrical, Computer or Systems Engineering
• 5+ years of specialized V&V experience
• V&V processes for safety-critical systems and safety cases
• Functional Safety & Diagnostics: fault detection and mitigation
• System and Component Testing: system-level testing
• HIL and Vehicle Testing: hardware-in-the-loop testing
