📋 Description

• Supports implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems
• Manages IT system infrastructure and related processes
• Supports day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution of IT assets
• Tiers 1 and 2 support with escalation and status communication to management
• Configures and manages Linux, Unix, and Windows operating systems
• Installs/loads OS software, troubleshoots, and enhances reliability

🎯 Requirements

• DoD 8570 IAT Level II Certification
• Bachelor’s degree + 3 years or No Degree + 8 years experience
• 3 years SA experience in programs of similar scope
• Ability to support day-to-day IT operations and user assistance
