Provide hands-on desktop, server, and systems admin support for Windows and Linux.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software across devices.
Administer user accounts with AD and Azure AD.
Manage IT assets lifecycle: procure, deploy, support, and decommission.
Ensure inventory control, licensing compliance, asset tracking.
Generate reports on usage, compliance, and depreciation.

🎯 Requirements

3+ years in systems administration or desktop support.
Strong Windows and Linux proficiency.
Experience with AD, Azure AD, IAM tools.
Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and endpoint security.
Familiarity with IT asset management tools (SNIPE, JSM, JIRA).
On-call availability and after-hours maintenance.
