Systems Architect

📋 Description

• Administer Salesforce org: object model, data architecture, users, platform health.
• Build automations via Salesforce Flows, Apex, and custom services powering GTM processes.
• Develop and maintain Salesforce MCP servers and AI tooling for CRM workflows.
• Design and maintain SQL-based data pipelines feeding dashboards and revenue reporting.
• Translate ambiguous business problems into clean technical scope from stakeholder discussion to solution.

🎯 Requirements

• Salesforce admin: object model, Flows, data loading, config.
• Strong Apex: build, debug, maintain logic, triggers, integrations.
• SQL proficiency: complex joins, aggregations, pipelines.
• Systems mindset: end-to-end process tracking.
• AI-native tooling interest: Salesforce, MCP, AI agents.
• Bonus: dbt or data tools; Sigma/Looker experience.
