📋 Description

• Direct end-to-end EW architecture for airborne platforms.
• Define threat-driven capability roadmap, system partitioning, and integration strategy across
• Translate scenarios into verifiable EW requirements and KPIs.
• Establish sensor-to-effector kill chain and multi-sensor fusion across RF/EO-IR systems.
• Lead digital engineering and performance modelling; define master test and evaluation strategy.
• Coordinate cross-functional design decisions with airframe, avionics, comms, and suppliers.

🎯 Requirements

• Relevant degree in Aerospace/Aircraft/Systems Engineering or related field.
• Experience in EW/mission systems architecture for airborne platforms with end-to-end ownership.
• Ability to convert threat-driven scenarios into EW requirements, KPIs, timing budgets, and
• Proven capability in EW CONOPS and autonomous behavior design.
• Strong multi-sensor fusion experience (ESM/RWR + radar + EO/IR + navigation).
• Experience owning threat library/mission data architecture and data pipelines into onboard logic.
