Systems Associate

📋 Description

• Own the front door for SYSSEC: triage, route, inform stakeholders.
• Apply ITIL/ITSM to how work arrives, is handled, and resolved.
• Improve the service: identify patterns, root causes, and self-serve templates.
• Build automation: scripts, integrations, and automation scaffolding.
• Be a partner to the business: help colleagues get more out of devices, apps, and AI tools.
• Contribute to strategic delivery: platform design, supporting infrastructure decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• Graduate or 1-2 years of relevant IT/ops experience.
• Familiar with ITIL and ITSM concepts.
• Interest in automation, scripting, and integrations.
• Comfortable writing scripts and configuring automations.
• Comfortable using AI tools as part of daily work.
• Strong problem solving and ability to handle ambiguity.
