📋 Description

  • Respond to user queries, gather info, analyze issues, and document work.
  • Ensure support tickets are resolved within established SLAs.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and communications issues.
  • Support Azure, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Exchange, Teams, Entra ID, and Intune.
  • Assist with IT projects and implement new technologies; keep docs up to date.
  • Maintain inventory records and assist with procurement.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 3+ years in IT Helpdesk/Support/Systems Engineer/End-User roles.
  • AZ-900 Microsoft Azure Fundamentals certification (Required).
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 services (SharePoint, Exchange, Teams, Entra ID, Intune).
  • Networking experience (firewalls, switches, and access points).
  • Familiarity with Apple Business Manager and MDM solutions (Mosyle or JAMF).
