Systems Engineer

📋 Description

• Maintain Expel's IT infrastructure and services, from cloud platforms to on-site equipment in HQ.
• Own cross-functional projects end-to-end and automate where possible.
• Provide friendly, reliable technical support and ensure new hires have access and hardware on day
• Collaborate with security to protect information and coordinate with multiple teams to optimize

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency with core enterprise SaaS products: Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Jira
• Experience automating tasks and integrating systems using platforms like Workato, Okta Workflows
• Familiarity with AI platforms (Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini) including prompt engineering and
• Knowledge of SAML, OIDC, SCIM, REST APIs, webhooks, JWT, OAuth 2.0.
• Programming/scripting: Python, Bash, PowerShell, Ruby.
• macOS/Windows admin experience with MDMs (Jamf, Intune) and familiarity with conference room AV
