Scale lab and fleet operations: provisioning, maintenance, vendor partnerships.
Set priorities and roadmap balancing short-term needs with long-term infra investments.
Partner with hardware/software teams to improve testability and quality.

🎯 Requirements

Experience leading teams for systems integration, test infra, tooling, or hardware‑software
Strong background in software engineering, embedded systems, test automation, or systems
Extensive consumer hardware knowledge and validation of software/firmware/devices.
