On-call, off-hours operations support for fulfillment platform and systems
Monitor health of systems, respond to alerts, troubleshoot issues
Investigate incidents across logs, DBs, APIs, and code

🎯 Requirements

2+ years in software engineering or systems support (WMS/OMS)
Experience supporting fulfillment, warehouse, and supply chain systems
Intermediate Python
Intermediate SQL for investigation/data analysis
Experience with JSON APIs
Strong English communication
