📋 Description

• Provide advanced technical support for complex systems, networks, and software environments.
• Diagnose issues, analyze root causes, and deliver effective solutions with customers and IT teams.
• Monitor environments, review site surveys, and determine technical actions.
• Validate systems and conduct testing per requirements and processes.
• Work with customers to diagnose issues and deliver technical guidance.
• Collaborate with customer IT teams on infrastructure, integration, and connectivity.

🎯 Requirements

• Associate degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years in systems support, networking, connectivity, interfaces, or related tech.
• Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and IT infrastructure.
• Experience supporting multifunction devices, installations, and upgrades.
• Understanding of information/document lifecycle processes and services.
• Experience with cloud apps, IT infrastructure, security concepts, and systems integration.
