📋 Description

• Senior IC role to help our best people deepen their craft faster than elsewhere.
• Own and expand onboarding programs; diagnose and close skill gaps.
• Design, run, and iterate learning programs; build AI into development processes.
• Learn the business deeply to ground learning solutions in how AngelList works.
• Company-wide ownership, reporting to Head of People Partners.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience owning outcomes for others’ performance as a business partner or equivalent.
• Ability to distinguish between enjoyable workshops and truly impactful development.
• Commercially minded, works backwards from business problems.
• Proven track record of elevating high performers and shipping AI-enabled learning initiatives.
• Strong opinions about precision and impact; keeps learning aligned with company values.
