Talent Account Executive

📋 Description

• Prepare 2-3 strong candidates for every sales demo
• Conduct discovery and present Wing’s value on Google Meet
• Bring live candidates into calls for introductions (3–5 minutes)
• Close sales upon client agreement with chosen candidate
• Complete post-demo admin, CRM updates, and Discord coordination
• Notify Success when verbal commitment is secured to begin onboarding

🎯 Requirements

• Proven sales/account executive or client-facing experience
• Structured discovery and consultative demos
• Comfort presenting live candidates and managing real-time interactions
• Excellent verbal communication on video calls
• Highly organized, own end-to-end process from prep to close
• Experience using CRM systems; Discord/HubSpot a plus
