Talent Account Executive

📋 Description

• Prepare 2-3 candidates before every sales demo
• Conduct discovery and present Wing’s value on Google Meet
• Bring 2-3 live candidates into the call for intro
• Close sale upon client agreement with chosen candidate
• Complete post-demo admin, CRM updates, and coordination
• Notify Success when verbal commitment is secured

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, AE, or client-facing roles
• Strong ability to run structured discovery and demos
• Comfortable presenting live candidates and managing real-time interactions
• Excellent verbal communication and professional video presence
• Highly organized and self-directed to own the full process
• Experience using CRM systems and collaboration tools (Discord/Hubspot a plus)
