🎯 Requirements

• 5–7 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition or HR.
• Proven success in full-cycle recruitment across regions.
• Experience collaborating with diverse stakeholders across cultures/time zones.
• Strong knowledge of inclusive recruitment practices.
• Hands-on experience with ATS (preferably Greenhouse) and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Familiarity with onboarding programs, LMS, and digital onboarding platforms.
