📋 Description

• Own full-cycle recruitment for clinical and non-clinical roles
• Partner with hiring managers and clinical leaders to define candidate profiles
• Develop data-informed sourcing strategies using LinkedIn and job boards
• Deliver a high-touch candidate experience aligned to our patient-first mission
• Manage pre-boarding activities with compliance and audit readiness
• Track onboarding metrics to improve sourcing, selection, and onboarding

🎯 Requirements

• Full-cycle recruitment experience, healthcare/regulated industry preferred
• Strong relationship-building with cross-functional partners
• Empathy, equitable hiring practices, and data-driven decision making
• Comfort with tech-enabled systems and data for decision making
• Knowledge of healthcare credentialing and state licensure requirements
• Experience with assessment tools (e.g., SmartRecruiters, Predictive Index, eSkill)
