• Own a portfolio of assigned searches from intake through onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to build proactive talent pipelines.

• Balance speed, quality, and communication across searches.
• Use modern recruiting tech to improve efficiency and hiring quality.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience managing multiple open requisitions.
• Experience partnering directly with hiring managers.
• Experience using next-gen ATS, AI tools, job boards and sourcing platforms.
• Excellent communication, organization and time management.
• Onsite work experience in Metairie, LA.
