• 3+ years in-house recruiting experience.
• Strong interviewing, assessment, and cultural fit judgement.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally and managing multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with SaaS environments and ATS (pref. Lever).
• Ability to source candidates via diverse methods and build candidate pipelines.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with stakeholders.
