Talent Acquisition Coordinator – Contract through End of 2026

📋 Description

• Partner with engineering leaders to manage end-to-end recruiting for technical roles
• Lead kick-off meetings, stakeholder updates, and interview debriefs
• Source and engage top technical talent, including passive candidates
• Manage recruiting logistics: interview scheduling, candidate travel, visa coordination, panel
• Drive best practices in ATS usage (Greenhouse) and scorecard calibration
• Provide market insights on talent pools and compensation trends

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of recruiting experience in corporate and/or search environments focused on
• Proven success hiring in ML, software, or advanced tech domains
• Ability to influence and advise stakeholders, including senior leadership
• Experience sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean/Sourcing tools
• Familiarity with Greenhouse ATS and structured interview scorecards
• Highly organized, self-driven, able to manage competing priorities
