Support recruitment for TIC industry across business units
Manage end-to-end recruitment activities from sourcing to offer
Partner with Hiring Managers and HR Partners on hiring needs

Screen candidates and present quality shortlists
Build talent pipelines for niche roles and engage candidates

🎯 Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor’s in HR, Business, Psychology or related
3+ years in Talent Acquisition or end-to-end recruitment
Experience recruiting technical/engineering/lab/industrial roles
Strong sourcing via LinkedIn, portals, referrals, networking
Experience with ATS; SmartRecruiters is a plus
Excellent communication and stakeholder skills
