🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Talent Acquisition Operations, People Operations, HR Systems, or Recruiting Ops
• Hands-on experience with enterprise ATS (Greenhouse, Ashby, Lever, Workday Recruiting); Ashby
• Experience implementing recruiting technologies, AI solutions, and workflow automation
• Strong analytics with executive dashboards and data-driven decision making
• Excellent program management and cross-functional leadership
• Knowledge of global employment practices and data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA)
