Talent Acquisition Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Lead TA ops across regions; manage team performance and SLAs.
• Oversee requisitions, offers, system transactions, and onboarding readiness.
• Maintain data in Workday and recruiting systems; ensure data integrity.
• Governance, compliance, audits, and operational controls.
• Partner with TA, HR, Hiring Managers, IT, Finance, Legal, Onboarding, sourcing vendors.
• Drive standardization, automation, and digital transformation in TA ops.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 8–12 years in Talent Acquisition Ops, Recruiting Ops, HR Ops, or similar, with leadership.
• Global TA/HROps leadership experience across regions.
• Strong knowledge of recruiting workflows, onboarding, governance, service delivery.
• Process optimization, SOPs, governance experience.
• KPIs, SLAs, dashboards management experience.
