📋 Description

• Own full-cycle recruiting for field operations roles and hourly positions.
• Partner with Operations leaders to understand workforce needs and hire talent.
• Develop sourcing strategies, build pipelines, and host hiring events.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience from outreach through offer.
• Collaborate with Marketing for employer branding and recruiting campaigns.
• Drive recruiting metrics and continuous improvement in process speed and quality.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (retail/restaurant/multi-unit a plus).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong sourcing skills and ability to engage passive candidates.
• Proficiency with ATS (Lever) and recruiting analytics.
• Excellent relationship-building, communication, and influencing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple searches and deliver a strong candidate experience.
