📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for Canada and US markets
• Partner with Hiring Managers and HRBPs to meet needs
• Drive candidate experience and process improvements
• Manage pipeline data in SmartRecruiters ATS
• Adapt strategies for multiple markets while ensuring compliance
• Support international branding and candidate outreach

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
• 5+ years in recruitment; 3+ years leading end-to-end processes
• Experience sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter/Indeed
• Multi-market recruiting exp (Canada/US) is a plus
• Fully bilingual English and French
